By using a direct chat module in the Bellabee PRO app, the user agrees and is familiar with the following:
1.) Bellabee sees and tracks only an email address and publically listed name attached to it, nothing else. Email address, as a user`s ID is used only for analytical purposes within the company, so that we can monitor the use of programs and their performance. It is a necessary evil. If this bothers you, create an additional email address that will only serve you to register to this portal only.
2.) To get to know your needs, the type of programs you were using in the past, your selected expert will be able to see your Bellabee PRO usage history.
3.) With your approval only, a specialist can invite another specialist to help him create the best possible therapy for you. For example, a combination of psychologists and neurofeedback specialists are most common.
4. Just as you can start a conversation with a specialist by simply pressing the "Help me" button, so you can end the conversation and the created private conversation will be permanently deleted.
However, it always remains the same: no one sees your personal information unless you provide it yourself during the conversation.
